Oral Appliance Therapy
For patients who snore and/or have sleep apnea with or without snoring. These easy to tolerate medical devices qualify for coverage under some Extended Health Benefits plans.
Snoring and Sleep Apnea Home Testing
This appointment is booked after your consultation or at the same time if the consultation determines testing is needed. You may also have been sent by your physician for this testing. We can discuss your previous testing, send you home with a monitor to test for snoring and/or sleep apnea and meet with you after testing to discuss the findings and recommendations.
Level III Home Sleep Studies are made available to patients who snore and/or suspect they have sleep apnea by prescription. They are worn for one night and returned for analysis.
For patients who struggle with seasonal affective disorder (SAD), jet lag or other wake/sleep rhythm issues, Re-Timer glasses for 30 mins after waking can help greatly. We stock a limited number of glasses in our office.
